From January 19 to 30, 2018, I vacationed on Fulhadhoo Island in the Maldives. As a retiree, I was initially a bit nervous about joining a group of young people I didn't know. However, all my worries disappeared as soon as we arrived in Malé! The group was so positive, friendly, and fun, and over the course of our 12 days together, we became a close-knit group.
Fulhadhoo is one of the most beautiful islands in the Indian Ocean, with a stunning sandy beach, crystal-clear turquoise water, and a wonderfully warm sea. Our package included breakfast and dinner, with plenty of delicious food. I stayed in a guesthouse, and each day at lunch we enjoyed fresh fruits—papaya, mango, passion fruit, pineapple, watermelon, and bananas—all organized by our wonderful coordinator, Zhanna. Thank you for your thoughtful care of us!
The vacation program included three excursions: fishing, snorkeling, and a trip to an uninhabited island. Words can’t capture the joy and awe I felt on these trips! A huge thank you to our tour leader, Andrey, who was calm, kind, and very responsible. He arranged everything perfectly.
Our days began with yoga on the shores of the Indian Ocean at 6:15 a.m., and ended with evening fitness sessions. These classes were simply amazing! Our trainers, Nailya and Vadim, paid close attention to each of us, sharing their skills with dedication. Thank you both for such an unforgettable experience! I spent 10 days in paradise, and I often find myself reminiscing about my island, Fulhadhoo. I would love to return to this unforgettable dream.
